Returns Information

If for any reason you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, it must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery in sellable condition (unworn and complete with the original packaging). We cannot refund items which have been worn, have missing components or are damaged. We do not accept returns of make up, hosiery or wigs.

We will cover the cost of returning any faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied items. However, if you need to return an item for any other reason, please do so via recorded/tracked delivery, or obtain a proof of postage certificate. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in return transit.

Changed your mind? When your order arrives back with us we will issue a full refund. If you require an exchange, please email our customer service team prior to returning the order.

Incomplete delivery? If your delivery arrives and does not contain everything you ordered, please email our customer service team who will ensure the missing item(s) are sent out to you as quickly as possible. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will ask you to return the order to us and will pay for any postage costs you incur. When your order arrives back with us, we will provide a full refund.

Faulty item? If your order arrives in a less than perfect condition, please email our customer service team, providing details of the faulty item. We will ask you to return the item to us and will pay for any postage costs you incur. When your order arrives back with us, we will provide the option of an exchange or refund.

Please ensure you quote your order number so we know who it’s from. Upon receipt, a refund will be processed within one working day.

We cannot accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit so we advise that you send all packages via a tracked/recorded service.

Any returns that do not adhere to the above policy will not be refunded.
