Changed your mind?

If for any reason you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, it can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery but must be in a sellable condition (unworn and complete with the original packaging). When your order arrives back with us we will issue a full refund within one working day. 

Incomplete delivery?

If your delivery arrives and does not contain everything you ordered, please email our customer service team who will ensure the missing item(s) are sent out to you as quickly as possible. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will ask you to return the order to us and will pay for any postage costs you incur. When your order arrives back with us, we will provide a full refund.

Faulty item?

If your order arrives in a less than perfect condition, please email our customer service team, providing details of the faulty item. We will ask you to return the item to us and will pay for any postage costs you incur. When your order arrives back with us, we will provide the option of an exchange or refund.
